Add 'lightblue' to jar names?

It's tough when debugging what is in an rpm or war to find what jar is from lightblue and what isn't because they don't have "lightblue" in the name.

Any objection to adding this?

That PR is merged.  Standard moving forward:

If repo is not a multi-module maven project the artifactId is the repo name
Example: lightblue-audit-hook

If repo is a multi-module maven project the artifactId is repo name as a prefix followed by module name (or pom for root).
Example: lightblue-core-pom, lightblue-core-query-api
