New 'lightblue' module

The old repo structure has been broken down into smaller repos.  Here's what happened:
* lightblue/lightblue-rdbms -> new repo lightblue-rdbms
* lightblue/lightblue-mongo -> new repo lightblue-mongo
* lightblue/lightblue-rest -> new repo lightblue-rest
* lightblue/lightblue-core -> renamed 'lightblue' repo to 'lightblue-core' and rewrote history to make new root dir

BTW, git filter-branch is some really neat functionality, made this trivial to do.

A new repo 'lightblue' exists now that contains:
* original docs/ dir
* submodules for main lightblue repos
* pom.xml to build them all at once

To clone and use:
git clone git@github.com:lightblue-platform/lightblue.git
cd lightblue
git submodule update --init --recursive

I don't know enough about submodule to know how to do merges, rebases, etc.. I honestly am not a fan, but this is there to make builds easier.  To learn more: http://git-scm.com/docs/git-submodule

FYI, I'm setup with a script to move github issues, so if we need to move any more and you don't want to set it up let me know.  If you do want to set it up, it's possible to set up with an API key, you don't have to use login + password (which is good with 2FA enabled)
